    Hi Andrew!

Please make sure your PC meets our tech requirements: https://photolemur.com/tech_requirements

If it does, please send us the information mentioned below.

    1. The screenshot of your PC information. Follow the link to check where you can find it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13443/windows-which-operating-system

    2. A screenshot of Visual C Redistributables installed on your computer.

To check that, please click on ‘Start’ menu > Settings > Apps. Under ‘Apps & features’ please search for 'Visual C' and make a screenshot of all the results it'll find.

    3. Your .Net Framework version.

To check that, please press Win+R buttons, and type regedit in the Run window.

Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\SKUs and check what version you have there.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Information below as requested

It would have been easier if you just told me what version of Visual C  runtime your software requires ;-)

On opening the splash screen shows for about 3 seconds, then disappears.  Photolemur does not then open. This behaviour is typical of an unhandled .Net exception in the Initialisation code prior to UI instantiation of the Window derived class.

Thank you for the files. As I can see, there are 2 the same requests, thus, let's continue the conversation here:

    Thank you for the files!

In this case, please try to uninstall Photolemur. Then, go to C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming and delete the "Photolemur" folder. After that, please restart your computer and download the app by following the link below:

    https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/photolemurapp/win/Photolemur3/Photolemur3_Setup.msi

If it still crashes please go to C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\Photolemur and send the file named "crash_log.txt" to sofiia.shovkun@skylum.com

Thanks, still no luck, sending files to email as requested.

I am experiencing the same problem as Andrew.  I have a similar setup (Nvidia GTX 1080, Windows 10 Pro 64bit, Intel i7-7700K).  Was there a resolution to this problem?  I downloaded the Photolemur3_Setup.msi and reinstalled with no luck.

I was able to fix the issue.  After poking around the Internet I did the following two things:

    1. Disabled the built-in video card on my ASUS ROG motherboard (set it to PEG)

    2. Used the DDU utility to remove the Intel drivers (pull down menu, choose Intel, Clean and Restart) (https://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Display-Driver-Uninstaller.shtml)
