On Nov. 30 I purchased your Black Friday Bundle directly from the Photolemur website. I received an invoice by email (number BV35721441) with an order number (86760300). In a separate email I received links to download 3 "Styles" included in the bundle & a discount code for the Picaboo website. But none of these included a serial number.
Later on Nov. 30 I made a support request through your website to send me my serial number. After 4 days, all I have gotten back is this automated response:
