    Could you please specify are you using the latest version of Photolemur (3.1.0.)?

    I am using Photolemur3 v 1.1.0 I have tried checking for updates, but it keeps checking endlessly without producing a result.

    Hi Andrew!

    Please follow the steps to completely re-install the app:

    1) Uninstall the app and clear your registry. You can do that in CCleaner, it’s free: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

    2) Delete the Photolemur folder in the Program Files.

    3) Restart your PC.

    4) Install Photolemur again by following the link:

    https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/photolemurapp/win/Photolemur3/Photolemur3_Setup.msi

    Then, please try to install the Styles.

    Hi Andrew!

    Could you please make a screen video of the error? And then, please send it to sofiia.shovkun@photolemur.com

    Also, please send us the file "crash_log.txt". You can find it by following the file path below:

    C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\Photolemur

    If there is no such file please send us an error log following the instruction below.

    1. Right click on This PC (My Computer) > choose Manage

    2. In left part of the window (Computer Management) open Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application 

    3. In the list that appears, find the last three entries 'Application Error', 'Windows error reporting' and '.NET Runtime'. Select them and in the right part of it choose 'Save Selected Events'.
