    Hi Gordon!

    Sorry for the temporary inconveniences!

Could you please specify have you update the version to 3.1.0?

You can read more how to do it here: https://photolemur.com/blog/whats-new-photolemur3

Let me know how it goes!

Hi Valerie. Yes, I updated to 3.1.0 and I just tried it again. Still not working correctly. Here are two images in photoshop. One shows the original (a raw Sony .AWR file) along with the Photolemur before/after preview. The other shows the final result, which does not look like the preview.

The preview is not very good -- it is barely enhanced -- and the final "masterpiece" is terrible compared to what PL used to do for me. The snow is green, for one thing. (This one is actually better than most.)

Is there a solution? Also, is Photolemur 2 still available? I never had a problem with it.

    Thanks,
    Gordon

    Hi!

Could you please specify is your camera in the list of supported cameras?

You can check it here: https://photolemur.com/supported-cameras

If yes, please send us your original image so we can investigate it on our side.

Please, upload the photos here: https://wetransfer.com/ and send the link to sofiia.shovkun@photolemur.com
